Identification and Education of Students with Gifts and Talents Based on the Fuzzy Conception of Giftedness

The purpose of this article is to review the Fuzzy Conception Giftedness (FCG) and discuss its implications for identification education gifted students. According Giftedness, manifestation giftedness results from interplay between personal dispositions stimulus conditions; thus, exists in interaction a person environment (e.g., conditions). While disposed carry out actions, potent allow these actions. In line with proposition, students should be built on interactions. Interactive models are useful identify educate who have overachievement potential. FCG proposes three components define that could used identifying educating students: intellective non-intellective dispositions, conditions, interaction.
